Books purchased on Amazon

Books are purchased through Amazon or its sellers. Please direct return, delivery, or refund requests for those orders to the seller through Amazon.

Social Freedom

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, digital-course purchases are final once course access has been provided, and discretionary change-of-mind refunds are not offered. This does not remove any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights. Where the law requires consent before immediate digital access begins, that consent must be obtained separately at checkout.

If you cannot access a course you purchased, believe you were charged in error, or have another purchase issue, email contact@aleksmarkov.com with your order details so the issue can be reviewed.

Coaching cancellations and rescheduling

Coaching is $200 CAD for a 60-minute session by video or scheduled live text. Please email contact@aleksmarkov.com to discuss a cancellation or rescheduling request. The scheduling and cancellation terms for your session must be agreed in writing before payment; this page does not impose an unagreed cancellation fee.

Completed sessions are not refundable except where required by applicable law. If a session cannot be delivered by Aleks, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for the undelivered session.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
